Terms & Conditions
As a Babylonstoren Wine Club member, you commit to purchasing two wine boxes annually, in May and in November.
Membership discount and benefits apply on your first purchase after joining the Babylonstoren Wine Club.
When signing up, we will charge a R500 deposit to your credit card that will act as a pre-payment for your first shipment. The remainder is payable when our next wine club boxes are sent. This pre-payment will be levied only once.
Payment is made via credit card. The amount will vary depending on the selection. Two weeks before your wine arrives, you will receive an email to notify you of delivery and the amount that will be debited from your account.
All prices quoted include Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices quoted are per bottle or case as indicated. Babylonstoren reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice.
Babylonstoren guarantees the quality of the wines and other products we produce. Your satisfaction is our foremost priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days to arrange the return of the product at your cost.
Should a refund be applicable, we will process this refund to the credit card used for the purchase. If payment was done by any other means, we will refund you by EFT.
Credit Card Details
We understand the importance of privacy and security. We are committed to protect the information we collect from you and guarantee that it will only be used for the purpose of processing your Wine Club order and providing you with services you requested from us. Under no circumstances will your personal details be made available to any organisation or third party.
Wine Club deliveries are scheduled twice a year, in May and November. Delivery is subject to receipt of payment and will be made door to door to the address specified by you in your initial application.
Should your address change after joining the Wine Club, it can be updated in your online profile on the Babylonstoren online shop website.
Free delivery on all orders of 12 bottles or more, anywhere in South Africa (available for South African delivery only).
Wine Club boxes can be delivered in South Africa only.
Cancellation of membership should be in writing to email@example.com prior to scheduled Wine Club deliveries. Once your membership is cancelled, all benefits in terms of your membership will also be cancelled with immediate effect. Cancellation of delivery is only possible if your Wine Club box has not yet been dispatched for delivery. Cancellation can only be made after the first subscription box has been purchased.
