E-commerce Client Liaison

Babylonstoren has a wonderful opportunity for an engaging Client Liaison to join the dynamic e-commerce team at Babylonstoren. The successful candidate will help us grow and improve our operations in Cape Town. Our team is driven, takes initiative, and is always looking for ways to improve and optimise our operations.

Requirements

  • A completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12).
  • A tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
  • Good understanding of customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Collaborative work ethic, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in groups.
  • Proactive, positive individual with a sense of ownership.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to our operations and customer service teams.
  • Liaise closely with the e-commerce coordinator to assist with administrative tasks.
  • Answer customer queries telephonically and per email.
  • Assist with management of orders placed through our online shop.
  • Follow up throughout the order fulfilment process to ensure successful delivery.
